PROGRAMMING
IN DEVELOPMENT
Issues related
to identity, freedom of expression, ownership of knowledge, impact of
technological advances and international cooperation raise important
questions. The Internet has many users, some of whom promote racism,
advocate for social change and contribute to solidarity movements. It
has the power of creating new global communities. At the same time, it
resembles the real world in that as a virtual macrocosm of contemporary
human relations, it too is open to attitudes and legislation affecting
both privacy and, censorship.
How can you share and protect your rights in a virtual world without
fear? What concerns do you have about your personal security and the
right of freedom of expression?

YOU TO BE IN THE DIALOGUE
