The 34 Heads of State of the Americas and their delegations came to Quebec City to discuss hemispheric issues. We invite you to consider the reality of Indigenous needs, the desire for inclusion and recognition of self-determination, juxtaposed against the dramatic dialogue of official national agendas and civil society reactions. Our ongoing virtual forums will examine the essential concerns of Indigenous leaders who participated in several hemispheric meetings over the past few months: in Guatemala, Ottawa and Washington, D.C. at the headquarters of the Organisation of American States. Official Declarations arising from these meetings have been brought to the attention of member states of the OAS at the Summit. They will be posted on our site and we hope that you will be stimulated by their moral integrity.
